How I work
Work gets built on modular, repeatable systems, so it advances without a single point of dependency.
That means clear priorities up front, delivery coordinated against real deadlines and quality reviewed before anything goes out. It is the same approach whether the work is a publishing schedule, a production floor or a marketing programme: small-team leadership, honest sequencing and standards that hold when the rush jobs land.
Accuracy matters most where errors are expensive. The two lines below are from the record, stated exactly as they happened.
Worked at production scale: one error on the jumbo printer meant hundreds of dollars per box, multiplied across every skid and order
Worked at national scale: ads ran in papers across Canada, where a single error could cost hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars
